After signing up, user has to select a US phone number that will later be used to make or answer calls. For trial plan users, an available number is provided from a preset pool. Paid plan users may purchase a number according to their plan limitations, with one complimentary number included. This selection is made via the 'Phone Numbers' tab on the dashboard. After purchasing a phone number, the next step is to create your AI Employee—an intelligent virtual assistant that will later interact with users on calls. The user can do this by clicking on the 'AI Employees' tab on the dashboard. During creation, various options are available including multiple languages, voice type selection (male/female), and defining the employee's role (e.g., for making or answering calls), along with other customizable settings to meet specific requirements.
After creating your AI Employee, the next step is training. This stage is crucial as it defines the personality and conversational skills of your virtual assistant, including its tone, greetings, and topics it can address during calls. Users have complete control to customize the AI’s behavior through a dedicated training module, ensuring it resonates with your brand’s voice and engages users with personalized responses.
After training your AI Employee, the next step is to create an AI Job and schedule it. In this process, the user finalizes all settings by selecting the created AI Employee and the purchased phone number, then defining the job type—whether the AI will make calls or answer them. For call answering jobs, the AI operates 24/7, while for call-making jobs, the default schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, which can be adjusted as needed. After creating the job, the final step is running it. Once activated, if the job is set to make calls, the AI will begin dialing numbers from your list during the scheduled times. If the job is set to answer calls, your system will be ready to handle incoming calls on the selected number.
